Brushing your teeth twice daily isn’t enough. It has never been.

You need to frequently remove debris in-between teeth, in areas very difficult for toothbrush to reach.

Here’s how to floss in 5 simple steps.

Step 1: Start with about 18 inches of floss. Wind half around one of your middle fingers and the rest around the middle finger on your opposite hand.

Step 2: Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and your index fingers on both hands and insert gently between two teeth.

Step 3: Curve the floss agalnst the side of the tooth into a C” shape.

Step 4: Rub the floss gently up and down. keeping it pressed against the tooth. Don’t snap the floss.

Step 5: Repeat until you have flossed all your teeth. Don’t forget to floss behind your back teeth.You’re on your way to a healthier smile!
